Remote help means I can connect to your device over the internet and help you from wherever I am — no need to travel. You'll download a small free app called RustDesk, open it, and read me a code. I'll connect and we can work through your issue together in real time. It's safe, simple, and surprisingly easy!

Monthly plan clients can reach me by phone or text at (916) 520-9475 for quick questions between sessions. Response times vary by plan — Starter within 24 hours, Standard within 12 hours, and Premium within 4 hours evenings and weekends. Quick questions that don't require a full session won't count against your monthly hours.

Absolutely. I will never ask for your banking passwords, Social Security number, or any sensitive financial information. Remote access is only initiated when you invite me in — I cannot connect to your device without your permission. If anything ever feels off, you can disconnect immediately.

My name is Steven Lubbe. With over 10 years of experience in various technology roles — including IT Technician, IT Help Desk, and IT Specialist — I bring real expertise and a genuine passion for helping people to everything I do.

While working at AT&T, an elderly customer asked if I could come by on the weekend to teach her how to use her new phone. She just needed someone to sit with her patiently and help things “click.” The relief on her face when it finally did — that stuck with me. It showed me how big the need really is for someone who will slow down, listen, and genuinely help.

Then my grandmother fell victim to a phone scam and lost $3,000. The scammer pretended to be me. That hit hard. It made my mission crystal clear: I want seniors to feel confident with technology and safe from the people who try to take advantage of them.
